Pricing & Payments
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time through your dashboard. Upgrades to Growth or Advance take effect immediately. For the Pinnacle tier, an account review is required to ensure alignment with our current events.
No hidden fees. The Foundation plan is free to join. We operate on a 0.5% margin per album, which is automatically calculated from the revenue generated by your assets. You keep 99.5% of your royalties.
The Pinnacle tier is designed for power users and major labels. Pricing is tied to specific marketing campaigns or seasonal music events. This allows us to provide white-glove service and global conflict resolution at a scale that matches your campaign's intensity.
The margin represents the small percentage Orfium retains for managing the distribution and metadata of your albums. For example, on the Growth plan (1%), if an album generates $1,000, Orfium retains $10 and you receive $990. This fee covers our major-label infrastructure costs.
For Foundation and Growth plans, there is no long-term commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Advance and Pinnacle tiers may have specific term agreements depending on the custom services provided.
Earnings are credited to your Orfium Wallet in real-time. You can withdraw funds via PayPal, Wire Transfer, or Payoneer once you reach the minimum threshold of $50.
Since our promotion involves manual pitching to a network of curators, we cannot offer refunds once a campaign has been initiated and tracks have been sent. However, if a track is rejected by our A&R team before the campaign starts, a full refund or credit will be issued.
We support all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. For Advance and Pinnacle tiers, we also accept direct SEPA or SWIFT bank transfers.
Basic metadata auditing is included in all tiers. High-volume metadata cleaning for catalogs larger than 500 assets is a premium service available to Growth and higher tiers, sometimes incurring a flat one-time setup fee depending on catalog complexity.
Royalties are collected in various currencies globally. We convert these to your preferred payout currency (USD, EUR, GBP, etc.) using competitive mid-market rates at the time of distribution. Orfium does not charge a separate currency conversion fee; we aim for maximum transparency.
